Family Vineyards
Napa Valley
In 1997, while visiting the Napa Valley, Dr. Revana discovered a small parcel of prime vineyard land in St. Helena. Dr. Revana immediately sensed the property's potential. The area was already known for producing some of the world's most sought after Cabernet Sauvignon and the property's gravelly soils, sloped pitch, and excellent exposures seemed perfect for growing grapes. Studies of the soil composition confirmed that it was an ideal location for premium Bordeaux varieties. In 1998, Dr. Revana hired acclaimed vineyard manager Jim Barbour to plant and maintain the 9-acre estate vineyard. Renowned winemaker Heidi Barrett has been responsible for crafting the exceptional wines of the Revana Estate vineyard since its first vintage in 2001. She has left an indelible imprint and today winemaker Thomas Brown continues the tradition of making world-class Cabernet Sauvignon in the Revana style. Revana has enjoyed great critical success including the honor of being ranked number 4 in the world in Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of 2010.

The 2012 vintage marks the first of three consecutive outstanding growing seasons in the Napa Valley, the only time in history where this caliber of wine has spanned three successive vintages. Hand selected from the best blocks of our Estate Vineyard by winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown, the 2012 Revana Estate Cabernet is a pure expression of the unique terroir of our St. Helena vineyard.

Willamette Valley
Alexana Winery was born of Dr. Madaiah Revana's love of the great wines of Burgundy. In the spring of 2005, Dr. Revana began a search for both the ideal region and an experienced winemaker with the goal of producing Pinot Noirs that could rival those from Burgundy. His search ended in Oregon's Willamette Valley, where he met Lynn Penner-Ash. Alexana is named after Dr. Revana's daughter, Alexandra.

2014 Revana vineyard estate riesling
Our estate vineyard's cool microclimate consistently produces an off-dry style of Riesling with notes of white peach, honey and lychee fruit.

2014 Willamette valley pinot gris
A fan favorite - our Pinot Gris sells out every year! With notes of Pear, Green apple and honeydew melon, this is the perfect summertime sipper.

2013 Alexana Terroir Selection Pinot Noir
Spicy aromas with layers of cranberry, cherry, cola & violet

Uco Valley Argentina
Corazon del sol crafts captivating Malbec and Grenache-based wines that capture the best of Argentina's unique, high altitude terroir. Cultivated in the Uco Valley, which is situated in Mendoza on the eastern side of the Andes Mountains, our vines enjoy over 300 days of sunshine a year. In 2008, Dr. Madaiah Revana went to Argentina seeking to add to his family of estate wineries which includes Revana Family Vineyard in Napa Valley and Alexana Winery in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Enthralled by the terroir of the Uco Valley, he was determined to find his next great estate here on the incredible alluvial soils of the Andes Mountains.
The 17 acres of estate vineyard are planted at the base of the Andes at an elevation of 3,000 feet. A visually stunning background, the Andes are also responsible for the incredibly deep, alluvial soils which define our estate vineyard. Made up of rock and sand which has eroded from the Andes Mountains over millennia, these soils are extremely deep and well drained, resulting in wines of great complexity, power and finesse.
Famed winemaker Santiago Achaval crafts our vineyard-driven wines from our estate plantings of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Grenache, Syrah & mourvedre.

2013 Uco Valley Malbec
Fresh, aromatic and earth driven from our estate's expression of high elevation Malbec planted on ancient river beds at 3300 feet in the foothills of the Andes.
Aged 14 months in 2nd and 3rd use French oak to showcase the elegant personality of mountain Malbec. This Malbec is focused on presenting the fresh fruit liveliness, floral nuances, and the elegant grape tannin texture developed from the intense mountain sunshine of Los Sauces, Uco Valley.
